CRCL officially opens its doors as Durban’s next generation superclub, marking the evolution of the former Origin into a fully reimagined, multi-floor nightlife experience. The venue has undergone focused renovations across key dancefloors and offers a refreshed identity designed around safe, inclusive spaces where every guest is welcome. CRCL maintains a zero-tolerance stance on discrimination or harassment, ensuring the club remains a respectful and supportive environment for all.

For the launch, CRCL presents two major headliners: SKELM (Cape Town) pushing cutting-edge AfroTech with the NiCe NiCE collective. DJ Miro (BE) bringing an international touch with his signature selections and high-intensity club presence.

Alongside our headliners, each floor hosts a focused lineup and a distinct musical identity:

JUNCTION — Trap, R&B, Hip Hop, Commercial

A high-energy space for the hit driven crowd featuring JustoN, DJay, Njinga, DJ Miro (BE), and Lee Why. Upfront hits, modern edits, and feel-good rhythms carry this room from open to close.

ANNEX — Drum & Bass

A dedicated DnB chamber driven by Reklov, LoTech, Roger D’lux, and JWhite. Expect rolling basslines, breakbeats and riddims on a Soundsystem that does the genre justice .

TERRACE — House & Techno

A refreshed open-air experience featuring Kagan, Femme Adine, and Alpha. Warm grooves, melodic textures, and late-night momentum shifts set the tone for this redesigned floor.

ENGINE ROOM — Deep House, Afro-Tech, Gqom

The Engine Room we all know and love with a slight makeover. Music by Bass Odyssey, Hands, Skelm (CT), and Cam White. Heavy rhythms and eclectic drive define the room’s new direction.

CRCL is a new era. A landmark moment for Durban nightlife, built on modern design, diverse music programming, and an atmosphere that prioritizes respect and freedom. The city is invited to experience the future of clubbing in Durban, brought to life across four distinct floors under one roof.
